Emotions
EMOTIONS
In this post I am going to post vocabulary related to Emotions.
HAPPY SAD
SURPRISE
HUNGRY
THISTY
PLEASED
QUIET
SCARED ANGRY
SHOUT
Here I leave you the song Happy by Pharrell Williams with the images of Despicable me
ACTIVITY
In this activity, after teaching our children vocabulary related to emotions or feelings, a good idea to put it into practice will be to sing the song " If you are Happy and you Know it"
With this we will allow children to learn better the concepts by singing and doing physical activity.
Here is the song
Apar from this, another activity we can do with our pupils is doing a fill the gap activity. we can Give 5 years old students a piece of paper with the lyrics and some spaces with pictures showing emotions so that they will have to writte in capital letters the word related to each picture.
By doing this we practice the listening and the writing skills
EXAMPLE

One Finger One Thumb Keep Moving
ONE FINGER ONE THUMB
In this post, chidlren are going to learn the different parts of the body with the following vocabulary.

In this post, chidlren are going to learn the different parts of the body with the following vocabulary.
SIT DOWN
STAND UP
NOSE EYES
EAR MOUTH
KNEES LEGS
ARM THUMB
HEAD FINGERS
SHOULDERS
ACTIVITY
In this post, children are going to
learn the different parts of the body with the following vocabulary.
After
having learnt the vocabulary section. We will play a memory game with the
pictures cards and the words cards. We will put the cards upside down. One by
one, students will take two cards. If the picture card corresponds to the word
card the children will have to say the word and he will have another chance.
The
pupils with more correct picture cards and word cards will be the winner.
In this
activity we will practice the speaking skills.
To
finish with, here I post you a video in which children can learn a song and can
do it. This will be grate fun as children have to move a lot!
